Section 94
Fraudulent Transactions
For the purpose of this Act, if any of the following transactions are carried out, such transactions shall be deemed to be artificial or fraudulent transactions:- (a) Directly or indirectly, even if the securities are bought or sold, regardless of the actual ownership, (b) Purchase or sale by another If you know the offered price and offer to buy or sell in accordance with it.
